Need advice about a grow light

The plants in my nice big enclosure have been struggling. Over the past few months, the crotons and the creeping ficus have been dropping leaves despite looking completely healthy. Being in a montane enclosure, they get plenty of water/humidity, and I use an arcadia UVB light (it's pretty awesome). They all keep shedding leaves, though. The pothos is the only one still rocking on, no problems at all. It is just growing a little funny - the leaves are growing in a position that looks like they are reaching up toward the light even though they are directly in the light.

The only solution I can come up with is to add more adequate lighting. I ended up removing the crotons and ficus (they struggled the most) and put in a schefflera; I also broke up the pathos to spread it out a bit. My question: should I get a grow light to add to the enclosure? And if I do, what kind?
