Need a Vet Location, Lubbock, Texas

Hi, does anyone know of a vet in Lubbock, Texas or near by that can help with respiratory infection. Our 3 month old pied veil keeps making a squealing noise and some popping. Her screen cage stays around 50% humidity and 70° for heat.
