need a little help please

I don't think I told my story about how I got my female veiled but she was my brothers girlfriend's who took her in from someone who wasn't taking care of her. I was watching Xera while my brother and his girlfriend went in vacation recently. My brother and her got into a serious car accident and sadly, his girlfriend passed away. I don't know much about chameleons but I've had MANY types of reptiles so I started researching as much as I could. She was doing great but now she seems to be going downhill and I'm desperate for help. I know she needs a vet, I'm working on finding one who will see her but there aren't many anywhere close to me. In the meantime, maybe you guys could give me some tips.
She recently, in the last few days, stopped eating. Her eyes are shut most of the time (although she can and does open them.) I recently read that compact uvb bulbs are bad for her so I removed that and will be getting her a long repti 5.0 bulb (I may have said that wrong.) I've been taking her whole cage outside everyday and misting her with the hose and syringe feeding her water, which she gladly drinks. Her eyes are a little sunken in but not a whole lot and she isn't super lathargic but she does seem a bit sluggish. I don't think she's ever been offered a lay box but I made her a small one but I don't know if it's right.
I read that I could mix apple, banana a d chicken baby food to give her. Is that correct?

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon -
*The species, sex, and age- female veiled. Not sure on age but the guy she got her from says "under 2 years old."
*How long has it been in your care?- about 2 months
*Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?-usually only once or twice a week but ive been syringe feeding her water so its been 2x a day.
*Feeding - What are you feeding- crickets and occasional wax worms.
*Supplements -calcium without d3 every feeding and calcium with d3 2x a month. I just read about the vitamins so i will get her some of those.
*Watering - I spray her for 5 min 2x a day and she has a diy dripper. I have seen her drink from it before.
*History- she was housed with a male who dies because the previous owner wasn't taking care of them. She's been extremely skinny since I got her which is why we were giving her a few wax worms.she doesn't seem to have eggs because she looks really skinny but I'm not sure on that which is why I offered a lay box.
Cage Info:
*Cage Type - 18×18? Screen cage.
*Lighting - I have a regular house bulb for heat and just removed the compact uvb bulb which i will replace with the tube bulb.
*What is your daily lighting schedule? 12 on/12 off
*Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Around 90 is what it stays at
*Lowest overnight temp? Around 73f
*Plants - a live ficus is all i have right now but will be adding pothos soon in the bottom
*Placement -On a glass table near the window in my bedroom. There is a fan which is usually on but not high traffic area.

Wax worms are fatty and should only be fed 1-2 times a month at most. They like them a lot and may stop eating other foods. 90 is too hot for the ambient temp and even basking should not be that hot. I would also mist 3-5 times a day. Are her urates white because she sounds possibly dehydrated. A picture would be helpful.
