We have notice this small bump of his neck, Can anyone please give me advice if this is Gular Edema or anything else thanks..

Yes, it does appear to be gular edema, though I could be wrong.

cage type - all mesh around 36x18x18
lighting- uvb tube top of cage always on basking light 1 feet away from cage on when i notice temperture drops to the 70's everything made from zoo med
temperature- basking 77-80 at night 71
humidity- digital temperature 81-85 water all day misting cage 5 times every day for 5 minutes
plants - ficus and scheffera
placement-on a dresser in my room. no traffic or not by any vents nor fans
location- last week 90's this week 80's
chaemelon - male 10 months old had him for 5 months
handling- handle him only outside for direct sun light or cleaning cage every week on sunday only
feeding- phoenix worms and super worms and crickets one day 7 phoenix worms other days 4 super worms and other days 7 crickets large Every morning from 8 to 8:30 for feeding time super worms have oats and i added total bites for water, crickets r dusted with fish flakes , oats, carrots, mango/peach /strawberrys
supplements- zoo med calcium with d3 and with out d 3 plus vitamns . onec a month dust vitamins one 3 weeks calcium w/out d 3 last week before the month calcium with d 3
watering-tap water( but going to change it this week for bottle water ) i mist 4 -5 times a day for 5 minutes sometimes see chameleon drink. his pee is more white then yellow
fecal- pee is more white then yellow and poo normal long slimy brown
history- first month i had him in april he would never eat nor drink water. now since i have had him he eats every since day variety pick and has the proper lighting / and watering constantly

Stop using fish flakes for gutload. Dust lightly 1 feeding daily 5X weekly with calcium with no D3, 1-2 X monthly with calcium with D3, and once monthly with multivitamin/mineral supplement. Sometimes edema is caused by oversupplementing and/or underwatering. Turn your lights off at night, chameleons need darkness to sleep.

Thats the really only pix you can see through from my camera phone. I really just neeed some advice on how i can fix this problem or even if this is Gular Edema. I need the steps into helping him. I was told lots of water to flush it out? Also can i gutload with potatoes for crickrts?
