Naturalistic Hydration???

I'm moving in this direction with my setups not exactly what Bills Strand is doing but similar. More misting early and late in the day when the basking light is not on and some fogging during the night. Having slightly lower humidity during the day.

I need to listen to it still, but I've read up about the idea. I always had long mistings in the AM, but recently added another long misting an hour before lights out. I cut out my few mistings through the day. Especially since it's pretty hot and humid as it is in their room. As for misting time, i tend to do a few very long ones. My Parsons gets a 45-1hr misting every morning. And my Panthers get a 5-10min in the morning and a 5 minute before lights out, with one 25 min misting a week.
