Name that houseplant!

Can anyone tell me what the name of this houseplant is and if it would be safe/beneficial to use in a pygmy enclosure? I have a few of these around the house and was just wondering if I could make them useful....

I think it is a schefflera (spelling???). If it is, it is safe.

It's a species of Schefflera. They do not like to be wet constantly, so it may not be suitable for stump-tail chameleons, unless you can place it where it's not exposed to so much water.
