Mysterious lizard!

Today, we went to the repticon show down at the state fairgrounds and experienced some pretty bad habitat for most of the reptiles there.
First thing we noticed were like full grown chams all stuffed into a small terrarium.
We were walking around for quite a while and found this place selling a bunch of types of lizards and snakes. there was a sub-adult veiled in a small glad container, just with a few holes in it.
But next to it was this crazy lizard i've never seen before. It sort of looked like a cuban false chameleon

but it didn't have the same bone structure, but similar. He didn't have the casque looking-thing on his head. And he was green.
His head was waaaaay bigger than his body too, shaped like an arrowhead or something.
They were selling him for 15 bucks, and I asked what it was called and they kind of murmured something like "...night anal lizard" or something. That's what it sounded like. It didn't sound like they knew much so I'm not taking their word for it.

Anyone know what I'm talking about by my weak description?! Will be very gladly appreciated! :D

pic dosent display. lol night anal :D
I think he mightve said knight anole lizard, but nothing like a casque though. *shrugs*

HAHAA.
YES.

She went to another guy and asked him what it was and she was like
knight anal lizard.

BUT YES. that's what it looks like! Thank you!
And I was saying that it kind of looked like the cuban, except how the cuban has the casque looking helmet behind his eyes. and this guy didn't.

but i sure do appreciate that!

I wasn't very impressed with the show either. The mellers for sale was very saddening and almost criminal.

Do yourself a favor and don't look for the local herp shops either. One placed had me convinced they were selling illegal animals. Gopher Tortoises and Gators with NSF signs didn't sit well with me.

I noticed the same vendor with the Veiled in a deli cup, but that wasn't the worst of it. And we sometimes wonder why people want to ban this stuff.

You also have Cuban anoles in Boca Clea. I've seen them behind Boca Community Hospital. Along with all the damn iguanas. The iguana population in your city is getting to vermin proportions.
