My veiled wont eat crickets

Ya i know i wouldnt want to eat the same thing everyday.

They are mostly a brown color, but he ate them all the time when i first got him. If i add the calcium spray to the worms will that help at all. Thanks

You can feed the worms as a treat but a hunger strike is a common side effect of treats lol! Think kids with sweets

You can add calcium to get the calcium to phosphorus ratio a bit better but the poor nutrition and hard exoskeleton still remain.

If he's bored of crickets you should try other healthy feeders.

The only kind of feeders i can get are mealy worms and those really big worms around the place i live. I just ordered hornworms and that is pretty much what I can get.
I just got a hibiscus plant and he has been eating that a pretty good bit but i know he cant live off of a plant. What other feeders would you suggest? Thanks

Horn worms are good. So are silk worms, roaches, super worms are good for a change. I use locusts but you can't get them in the us I can't get horns here but if you look online you'll find a good variety.

Super worms are way too large for many chams. They bite and can hurt a cham. Ask for the giant mealworms. They are a bit smaller and easier to handle. I gutload mine with Repashy superload insect gutload formula and fresh kale for 24 hrs before dusting them in Repashy Calcium Plus and offering them to my cham. He eats 6-9 a day. Recently I ordered dubias from buydubiaroaches.com and do the same with them. (they don't look like roaches and don't climb or fly.) He wouldn't eat them for about a week and then started finally eating one or two a day. They are more nutritious than giant mealworms or cricks and easier to digest.
