He is a male veiled he is about a year and a half and ive had him for around 6 months

I let him out a couple times a week. I get him to climb on my hand n then let him roam around my room. He usually finds a spot to pirch n chill by the window

I feed him mainly dubia roaches around 15-20 a week but my gf picked up some roaches with wings last week much bigger than the dubias i usually feed him. I thought he was eating them(i did see him eat one) but i found like 7 in a log when i cleaned his cage. I buy them from the enclouser i do believe they are gut loaded n i dust with repti cal with calcium and d3 every time i feed. I also add reptisafe to his water.

I mist him every morning with warm water untill the enclosure is damp. And he has a big dripper.

He has not been tested for parasites that i know of and his fecal matter looks small and white and blackish

Hes in a 24x24x48 inch screen cage

He has a reptisun 5.0 bulb and a mini blue halogen light at the basking spot and a 75w black light i leave on 24/7 my room is cold 60-65°f

His basking spot is 85-90 during the day and 70ish at night atm its the only thermometer i have and i dont have a hydromometer either so i have no way of monitoring humidty

The cage is by my door to go outside but i will be moving it to the back of my room as its getting colder outside.(when its warm out i leave the door open so he can get some real sun and fresh air) and the top of the cage is 48 inchs off the floor.

And i live in pittsburgh PA.

Thanks guys i appreciate any future help and tips. And i really like the organized help form i hope i filled it out correctly.

I here one really bad thing in your post. You said you dust with D3 every time you feed. D3 should only be offered once no more than twice a month. I only use it once a month myself.

Agreed on the above. Most keepers use calcium with D3 twice a month and a reptile multivitamin twice a month. Calcium without D3 should be used for all other feedings. It's possible to overdose them on D3.

I would also suggest removing the black light. Light at night can keep them awake and they actually need a temperature drop at night. They're fine down to 50 degrees F. Saves you some money too. :)
