My Veiled has developed black spots/patches on his head. What's going on?

He has these black spots and patches on his head that will not go away. Does anybody know what they are?

Yah the black is just part of his coloring he looks fine. Like jannb said handsome!

Thanks! I named him Pistachio when he was a baby and as his casque grew, I started calling him Rumpelstiltskin
