My veiled has bumps between her eyes

My 3 yr old Veiled chameleon Jessica has had these bumps between her eyes for several months now. The one on her left side has gotten noticeably larger.

do you know what they are tho??? mine had one but it disappeared, I think I should still see a vet jic though

There could be many different reasons, that’s why they require a vet. Could be a sinus or bacterial infection or it could be cancer. It’s something that must be examined and tested, neither of those can be done over a keyboard.
