One year old had him for three months. Can't find a "form" to fill out only guidelines on what info to provide. Sorry, first time poster.

Veiled male with temps 70-90 depending on top or bottom of 28" tall mesh. Location...Dallas Texas. I'm pretty sure I already covered everything else.

What insects did you feed him? Is there a chance you fed him something toxic or wild caught bugs that could have been near pesticides?

What was your suppliment scheduels?
