My veiled chameleon will not eat!!

My male veiled chameleon will not eat ever since I
placed his habitat outside. He used to have bright happy colors
but now he is mostly dark brown and green. I brought him inside yesterday as I was cleaning his tank and he turned back to his regular bright green colors and I tried to feed him indoors but he wouldn't eat anything. Also since I put him outside their are now ants! I'm worried for his health and I need tips please! I'm soo worried for his health!

they turn a dark green when they absorb the light and heat from the sun. maybe that's it ...
and the eating ... maybe he's shedding ?!

He is probably just a little shook up... When I cleaned my Veileds Cage for the first time he would not eat. It is normal from my experience... Not something to worry about unless this continues over more than 3 days
