My Sammy

When i moved fron the east side of washington state, we had to get rid of my puppy, sammy.we dropped him off at a no kill shelter in eastern washington.

Well, i moved to the seattle area, and i found out that sammy was adopted by a person who lives in the seattle area. Well, that just makes everything even sadder to know that he might be close by.

Thanks to the Wenatchee valley humane society for all your help.

Please, if any of you live in the seattle area and know a male yellow lab(name might not be sammy anymore)

well thats ridiculously sad.

i know you couldnt help it being a minor and all, i assume you all moved into an apartment or complex that dosnt allow animals (what is wrong with people?)

i couldnt imagine getting rid of any of my dogs, for any reason. if he was adopted out thats great.

it brings to mind that movie about that dog that waited at the train station every day even though his owner had died, waiting for him to come home. call it what you will, conditioning or love. but either way its loyalty. so freakin sad. too bad most humans dont display such refined constitution. im sure he'll never forget you

thank you sooo much! you made me feel a lot better.... he was a digger, he loved to dig.I was begging my mom to keep him, but we couldnt afford it anymore and we didnt want sammy to dig up the new stupid houses so called yard(there was no real yard, just a courtyard.)

I miss my baby soooooo much.... i am a dog person... my mom, not so much. Even though she was crying when we got rid of him,(i was too) she still did it. And the fact that he was adopted by a person who lives relatively close to us, it just makes me want to go off and find him!
