I see slight male patterns. The video doesnt get it close enough to him, but Im fairly certain it is a he.
If you want a better estimate on age, you can take a picture of him sitting on your hand.
I know you say hes pissy, but that will help with siza comparsion.
Or you can search for some of my threads and see some of my male veield, who i know for sure is 10 months old.

i swung him a lil but anywho heres a vid with him on my hand
he had blisters on his spine some weeks ago

I see a spur. that is Def a boy.
and I would upgrade now.
The more space they have, the 'nicer' they seem to get. at least for me.
I have a 10 month old male and he was a meanie face.
but then i began Fr him and he got alot nicer. still gets grumpy. but not to to point i think he will bite me.
