problem is Pascal is barely eating found him/her sleeping today and one eye is swollen

Your husbandry could use a few changes. First, at that age he should be eating 10+ every day. Mealworms are not recommended, try superworms instead. Second, your gutload can be improved. The Flukers is garbage so return it if you can. Use fresh veggies and fruits instead and/or cricket crack, bug burger, etc. Third, misting sessions should be longer to provide proper hydration, cleaning of eye turrents, helping with shed, etc.
Post a picture of him and your enclosure and we can give you more insight!

I know I need more plants local shop has crap right now waiting for more

I would like to add that your cage is very small. They grow very quicky and you will soon need a bigger cage. One of the main things people dont think about is as they grow, their bodies get closer to the lights and they get burned. I dont think he is 4 months old either. He is very small. Also from the first pic, with the tail extended I am thinking you have a female which would be a whole nother discussion with egg laying. First get "him" to a vet and see if you cant get his issues resolved. We can work on other things later.

After re-examining the photo, I am on the fence about the gender. Again, that can be determined later with more pictures.

My biggest concern for now is your basking temps being high for a juvenile. "Baby/juvenile (<9 months): ambient 72-80F (22-26C), basking 82F (28C)"
I would try to hydrate him/her with an extra long misting with warmed but not hot water. Go until s/he drinks and cleans the eyes. Eye cleaning can be disturbing to watch with a lot of bulging and flattening of the orb but is a good thing. It might help.
Take all of the info you filled out in the above and pictures of your set up with you to the vet. If you have any fresh poo take that as well. Plastic bag it and keep it in the fridge to take with you.
Take him/her in a dark box to the vet. It will be less stressful.
When you get home ditch the potatoes and grapes in your gut load and swap in kale & squash and a lot of other things. Your husbandry could use some adjusting but did not cause this in a week. I suspect you will have a lot to do to make up for the pet store experience little Pascal went thru.

You can try blocking off half of your UVB light just to see if it is too intense for a baby. Occasionally they get overwhelmed by strong new lights. This is only for a week or two adding more plant cover will correct it long term. Raise you basking bulb up an inch or so to fix the temps or use a lower wattage for now.
Keep us posted.

Well went to vet she said Pascal looked healthy seemed to have good strength so she gave us eye drops and hopes when eye heals he won't be sleeping during the day her thought was the what ever was going on with eye was stressing him enough to shut down hope he gets better soon

Well today turned out to be horrible when me and my son got home today Pascal was laying on the bottom of his cage not moving I tried to get him under the light to warm up but it was too late he has passed away we are devastated I really appreciate all your help
