I can't imagine anyone being mean to a beardie -- they are so receptive. I am more afraid of getting nailed by a gecko than my beardie -- we often fall asleep watching TV in bed.

That's awesome. He's gotten a lot better, he is just a pain getting out of his territory. After about 15 minutes of "WHERE THE WORD AM I?", he's alright.

Really thinking about a Cuban Knight anole.. also thinking about a small small tegu.
