My new guy arrived today!

He is a 5 month old jacksonii xantholophus from Flchams.

Today he has been way more active, also not turning very dark anymore around me.

He had a hard time with his cup, I probably shouldn't have tried glass, but a beer pong cup felt to big.

I saw him staring at them in the baby jar for a while, then he struck the outside.
So I got him onto a small piece of bamboo, and took him straight to the cricket house!

He ate 7! I wonder what makes him choose his targets, because only certain ones wandering by seemed to interest him.

I went outside and found some pill bugs, should he decide he wants any dessert!

Here's a pic of him settling down for the night last night.

Also, he wasn't as active during the day, but it seems those 3 crickets yesterday helped kick him in gear, then the ones today... hes definitely no where near as lethargic.

Here's a picture of him sleeping on his sleeping branch.

I got lucky I think, hes a heavy sleeper.... I can be doing something with his free range, making it jiggle and he must just think its a breeze.
