My newest chameleon had been given the wrong light while i was on vacation. Will Her eyes reopen soon? her eyes have been closed for about a day now and its making me worried.

Can you explain what happened exactly?. You are being very vague and we could use some more information.

I went on vacation for a week. I had my Moms friend take care of my chameleon. When i came back i instantly realised that something was wrong with my cham. I asked my Moms friend what light she used and turned out that she a replacement bulb for her fish tank for my cham. I picked her up to find that she was able to open her eyes for a couple of seconds. She is very sluggish. Ive read some things on the forums of similar things but now it is going on to the second day and the only change is she moved like 6 inches. Is there a way to make sure she is ok or do i have to sit around and wait?

An update
My chameleons eyes are open now. I changed light bulbs and now her eyes are back to normal. Thanks everyone for the help
