My jacksons been a very dark color for a long time... just concerned?

are praying mantis ok to give them? we get a lot around our house?

They eat praying mantises. There is debate on the use of wild caught insects. They can carry pesticides (they develop an immunity to them long before we stop using that chemical). If you feel like your area is clear, they're probably okay to use.

ok sounds good. his color seems to have improved a lot, but hes still not really eatting... ive gotta find something else... based on the general idea of the picture i posted, is it safe to give him large crickets yet? or stick with the smalls?
