TBH, I wouldn't want to say what's 'most important' or rank anything. IMO,
ALL husbandry is important, including foliage and enclosure placement (so basking sites are at/above eye-level, more).

It's not just a matter of picking plants off of lists. If you look through the
Enclosure Picture Threads (there are currently 3) and
https://www.google.com/search?q=diy...UVHzQIHaoDDAYQ_AUoAnoECAEQBA&biw=1024&bih=625, the best enclosures/habitats are planned out and start with a foundation of a centerpiece plant (doesn't matter that your enclosures are bioactive), and build out from there. Pothos, some Philos, and Inchplants grow faster, but are best utilized as climbers or hangers (trailing and wall cover).
