Is this a panther or veiled? Typically, f the female was healthy when she laid the clutch and they were kept with the right amount of moisture, they should be fine and hatch 2-3 days after starting to sweat. If they pip, meaning split the end of the egg, you are almost guaranteed a hatchling in a day or 2. If they sweat and shrink without pipping within 3 days they will likely just die unless you intervene. My opinion is to leave the eggs to their own fate since the hatchling may be too weak to survive anyway but that is up to you. Some people cut the egg open within 2 days of shrinking with hopes to get a hatchling to survive. Pictures of the eggs would help to determine the state they are in now. Hope this helps
