They are both gorgeous! I have a pair of cresties too and I will be breeding them for the first time next year! Mine are called Splat (male red harlequin partial pinner) and Buffie (female yellow tiger).

I bought both of mine from two different petcos. haha. They were both in good shape and active when bought them and they were the only ones that I could tell the sexes of. What about you? What morph did you get? AZ reptiles and Pets inc had some pretty neat ones that I was really interested in when I was looking around but none of them knew the sexes of any which sucked.

These guys are sooo much FUN! I love them to death.

GET ONE! They are so easy to take care of and are so cute!!

I did use a light box. Thanks. haha. I use it for my 3 lizards! It works wonderfully.

i got one yesterday (friday)! its a teeny tiny little thing but its pretty cool. he hasnt moved much today but last night he was all over. hope hes doing ok.

He is awesome and now i am just looking for a 100% pin female to breed him with next year. I have two adult females possibly on the way from another source but he will not ship till it's 85 deg which in AZ will be awhile.

He is doing great and the second night ate 5 size appropriate dubia's out of my gutloaded colony. Along with Repashy crested gecko food.

That's great to hear! I talked to her about a female I was interested in! She had a gorgeous pink flame but it was out of my price range. Her geckos are awesome.

I haven't tried the dubias with my geckos or chameleon, I can't find them anywhere. Where do/did you get your dubias?

Have you been on pangeareptile.com? The whole site is geared toward cresties and they have a forum just like this one but for cresties. It's awesome.

I got my dubia colony from a couple different online sources and now it is self sufficient but not to the point of being able to split or sell off any. I think it was the first time he had had them as well but obviously loved them. I think they will be easier to feed the gecko because I can put them in a pretty small dish and they can't get out unlike jumpy crickets
She does have some really nice geckos.
I am on Pangea but don't really post much just lurk and learn from searching topics. It is a great sight and a wealth of information.

Now the hard part... find a 100% pin female or two for him

Nice lizards I've never been much of a fan of Geckos - but being on this forum has led me to see a few Cresties, and they look great, I'd get some but I'm busy enough looking after my 3.......

Being nocturnal, I can enjoy them at night while the chams are sleeping so I get to spend time watching them all!

That's so true!! I dind't even know about them till I got a cham. They arew by far one of my favorites.

Ohhh, yeah the only place I know of that sells them is Mulberry farms and my dad is not too keen on buying live feeders online. My 2 are obsessed with crickets. As soon as I put them in their bowl they go right after them. I swear it's like they can't wait every 2 weeks for them. haha.

Have you been to Predators Reptile Center? I was recomended to go there for some nice geckos, but they were all at the Pamona show when I went.
