it would also be a good idea to double-check how hydrated you cham is & how your humidity is doing (but still go to the vet).

I would check out the humidity level first. If you live in a cold dry region it is difficult to keep the humidity up and their eye can dry out and bother them. How do you supply water? how often? mist system or humidifier? what do you use top measure your humidity level?
 
I would guess humidity as well but judging by your screen name it may be the bong smoke.
