My Cham's claws

I've noticed that my chameleon's claws aren't the sharpest and he seems to be missing a couple on his front feet. Is there anything I can do to fix this to make his claws grow in better?

Once the claws are gone they do not grow back. I would line the inside of his cage with the plastic chicken fencing. Jann

Mista has a few toenails missing from climbing the roof of his enclosure when i first got him.It made it difficult for climbing at first as he couldn't grip properly but the little nubs toughened up and he has no problems at all now.Only thing he cant do is climb across the roof but i am not unhappy about that as i was always worried he would fall.
