My chameleons neck and body swelling?

Hi so I just got a chameleon. She is my first one. I believe she is a female because right now at the moment she has the orange spots on her which it says on the internet means she is at the moment receptive to breeding. She didn't have these spots yesterday. Anyways, every time I touch her she puffs up. Her chin gets really big too! I am really concerned about her. Does anyone know what this could be from?

Lol ... something I got all to used to with Winter . Now I just feed her and close the door ... she likes it better that way
