My chameleon is sleeping when light is on

Hey guys like I said above he is sleeping when light is on although it's near bed time and he's near a dark spot. Guys is he sick or something?

No I wouldn't worry too much about that. If it is near his bedtime then I would just turn the lights out.

Almost all of my chameleons will make their way to their respective "sleeping areas" about twenty minutes before the lights go out. They'll instinctively do this in nature as well. Nothing to worry about unless you catch him sleeping earlier in the day, or more frequently.
