He looks very dehydrated. His eyes are very sunken. I would try bug juice mixed with water. Add water after you have made a paste with bugs then strain it through a thin cloth to remove bits . Try that twice a day. Are you giving meds through a needle less syringe? I will try to find how many mls to give each time. If you have a syringe how much does it hold?

Have you tried placing him on a plant/ tree and putting him in the shower. Warm water, not too hot. Spray the wall of the shower so that droplets bounce off it and they splash near him. Don't spray directly on to him. Try to keep him there for 15-20 mins and hopefully it will stimulate him to drink. While on medicine it is important for him to drink. I don't know what size of syringe you have so it is difficult to tell you how much to give. I would suggest 2-4 mls three times a day but try shower first then put him back in his viv hopefully under his uv light to rest. Keep handling to a minimum.

I really think you need to go back to your vet for intensive hydration. They should be open tomorrow. Without nutrition and hydration he will die. Your vet should be able to instruct you how to do this. In the meantime keep him comfortable and warm and keep on with the medication.

I'm confused! The antibiotics you were given. What instructions ware you given as to how to give it. You cannot give injectable medicine by mouth or medicine ment to be given by by mouth by injection.

Kate is right, he is terribly dehydrated and he may not be strong enough to recover.
I am not a vet but would think that after 3 or 4 days of medicines he should have stopped having bloody stools or there should be less blood if the treatments were working.
Perhaps his intestines cannot heal unless they are allowed to rest and this is why the vet told you to not force feed him.
A vet should know if it would be best to let his intestines rest, instead of feeding him anything and can inject him with fluids.
As I posted a few days ago, "A 50% mix of water and Gatorade or Pedialyte may help him.
You can ask the vet if there is any reason you should not do this.
You just want to be sure to put the fluids in the very back of the mouth and do small amounts at a time."
Also make sure that there is enough humidity in the air to help keep him as hydrated as possible.
These are really the only things that can be done for him.
