My Chameleon has a large bulgy belly!

Ever since I had gotten my Cham, I had noticed his somewhat bulgy belly, and now that he’s grown larger, now a year old, it had grown with him. I just want to know if this is normal or if I should be worrying!

I've never seen a male veiled with that large a belly. He's not just overweight (his limbs and casque don't appear fat). I would be taking this boy to a vet. An ultrasound or xray might tell a lot.
