So my chameleons started to close one eye for some reason I try to see what's the problem some say online it's the lighting but I'm not sure what's wrong with the lighting it's not to close from the cage/tank and I read that it could be a lack of vitamin A ? Plz help can anyone tell me how they resolved this problem and for some reason one day he woke up like his skin color different from usual? Idk if this has to do with anything I hope his not sick

Also I dust his crickets once a week with reptivite w/ D3 (zoo med brand) it says it has vitamin A in it. So I wasn't sure anyways if it was a lack of "vitamin A" ,reason for his eye to be shut

OK so UVB lights like that are no good you need a linear UVB light check out lightyourreptiles.com they are amazing and 100% better than what you have now.

OK so you need to get regular calcium without D3 do dust 3-4 days a week. Calcium with D3 twice a month and you need a multi-vitimain for once a month. They are 3 different supplements.

sorry I'm helping someone else in another post i am getting mixed up lol And ok what i would do is upgrade to a 18x18x36 reptibreeze cage and get a double bulb linear fixture 24 inches. that way if you want to upgrade the cage more in the future you won't have to buy more lights.

No eco earth and repti bark the moss fell from the vines I'm not sure if it is cuz since I had him he got a little patch like that on his crest but it went away after a couple days I'm not sure why that happens tho?

What do u mean like a dual dome light fixture? And if so what type of bulbs should I get for his size

There is no need to get a seperate D3 and multivitamin supplement, in fact All-in-one supplements similar to reptivite tend to help with absorption. I do agree you need plain calcium noD3 for every feeding you don't use reptivite. I would reduce your usage of reptivite to 3 times a week, since it's ratio for Vit A and D3 is a bit off in my opinion.

So I use repti calcium w/d3 every time I feed him ? Is that good? And I use reptivite with d3 only once a week in Sunday? Is that good as well ? If not then tell me which specific one I should get then
