My Chameleo Chameleon doesn't change colours

Hello, I've had a chameleo Chameleon before and she never changed her colour. I got another one today and I was told that it does! how come it never changes its colour -I've only seen it turn into a darker shade of green- Is it sick? it looks healthy and sure does get angry a lot which is another problem, how can I tame it a bit, I feed it today but it kept on inflating its neck and stomach and opening its mouth which was terrifying to me knowing that the last time I had a chameleon was 3 years ago. Chamaeleo chamaeleons don't change color a lot. They will if annoyed or taken out of the cage sometimes or when they are receptive, gravid or ready to fight though.

Post a photo of it so we can see what sex it is and if its healthy. What do you feed it? What kind of set up/caging do you have for it?
