I dont see anything particulaly wrong

SO are you finding him with his eyes shut alot during the day? or just like a few hours before lights go off?

Because hes sick, thats why.

I cant tell you why, but he is.

Sleeping during the day is bad.

Not to scare you, but i thought my cham was dehydrated and thats why he kept his eyes shut, i tried showers and most misting for 2 days, and on the 3rd day, he died.

The vet can tell you whats wrong, it could be respiratory infection, something else, but if his temps and lights are right, and his urates are white, then something is wrong with him, and vet is needed.

He used to be really active but not as much now

There are lots of reasons he might be sick, so we need to start eliminating possibilities with your help. It could be something as simple as a chillier room than normal (but we don't even know that right now). Could you please look at the sticky message "how to ask for help" and post answers to the questions? At least we can see what ISN'T wrong with nutrition, temps, hydration, etc. So all we know right now from your information is that his lighting is OK. We don't know anything about your supplement dusting, your gutloading, the humidity levels in his cage, etc. This can all help the vet treat him if that's necessary. Most vets won't know all that much about cham health so we want as much info to give as possible.

Ok so here we go his humidity is we spray him once a day 60% we have a waterfall and we clean it regularly. Nutrition d3 vits and calci twice a week we clean him out regulaly and disinfect his tank. We do have bark chips in his tank i know this is not recomended. Dose this shead any light. He seems to also be off coulor and missing his food with his tounge he eats well still.

A couple of clarifying questions for you:

When you say the humidity is 60%, is that all the time or just after you spray once a day? I'd be surprised if the cage stays at 60% with one spray a day. I'll bet its a lot drier than you realize especially in winter if you are heating your house more. Waterfalls don't really raise the humidity level all that much. When chams get dehydrated they also tend to sit with their eyes shut more and can stop eating.

D3, calcium and vitamins twice a week? This is not correct. He should be getting plain calcium with NO D3 every day. Calcium with D3 two times a month, and a herp multivitamin once a month.

What are you feeding his insects? Good gutloading is almost more important than dusting. You know the saying...."you are what you eat".

After we spray it sits at 60% for a while but he dose drink from the waterfall so he gets enough water i was concerned that his humidity is a not enough. Ill adjust his supplements to match that thanks. We give his locusts with the odd mealworm and waxworm we tryed veg aswell but no luck. We have had both penis' removed he prolapsed both but that was a year ago.

You need to spray more than once a day and what do you feed your locust, crickets etc. that was what was meant by previous member.
Kath.

Is he eating the same amount he always has??? Is he pooping? If so, I would get a fecal done to rule out parasites.

Havent fed locusts anything but used to gut load crickets when he was eating them

So he's probably malnourished because his food isn't gutloaded well and your supplementation was also off. There are probably some deficiencies showing up and this could be part of the reason he's sleeping during daylight.
