i don't know if i'm over-thinking things or not but murray's acting a little funky.
although he doesn't ever sleep during the day or anything, he is sitting in the far corner of his cage, in the dark. like still on a branch with his eyes open and such, just being a creep.
and he just recently saw himself in the mirror and he opened his mouth at himself, are their lips supposed to curl outward when he opens his mouth in threat? i might just be over thinking it.
i also haven't seen him eating lately, but his doody is still present. brown and white, maybe a little tiny bit yellow but nothing that worrisome.
Cage Info:
* Cage Type - mesh lllreptile 28x28x48''
* Lighting - reptisun 5.0 linear tube for uvb; 65 watt for heat, just a common household floodlight
* Temperature - most of his cage is probably room temperature, all the time, so other than the basking spot, mid 70's, basking spot is around 85-90, it's been like this since we bought him
* Humidity - we have a dripper that we keep on constantly, or whenever we can. and i mist 2-3 times a day for 3 minutes
* Plants - large schleffaria plant i've just recently put in, a small pothos, and a lemon tree that he's had forever.
* Placement -it's in my room, kind of near a vent but it's not aiming towards him. and my room is probably 8 feet or something, his cage is 4 feet high
* Location - florida
Chameleon Info:
* Your Chameleon - yemen, male, i've had him since december; he's probably around a year now
* Handling - well i hold him a bit, but he roams around whenever he feels like coming out
* Feeding - large crickets, he refuses everything else. i use the reptical stuff maybe twice a month? and when he was younger in a smaller cage, i'd feed him once at noon, and once at 6, he'd eat maybe 8? i forget. but now he has the cricket box in his cage so he eats when he pleases, and i've seen him eat this way. and yes i feed them tomato and cabbage
* Supplements - repti-cal stuff. and maybe twice a month
* Watering - dripper on whenver i see it's out, i refill, and i mist his whole cage 2-3 times a day
* Fecal Description - just fine, brown and white. except maybe a slight yellow tint sometimes but not often. and no he hasn't been tested for parasites
* Current Problem - stated above
