Murph wont eat?

So yesterday I got a new veiled chameleon at the store which seems to be really healthy i have him in an outside cage but i brought him in at night cause im worried anything will get to him but i took him back out again today and tried feeding him a cricket and he wont eat. im sorry but when i brought him from the store i held him and today i did to for pictures i know im not supposed to but is this why he wont eat i'll leave him alone for a day or two? and see if he'll eat any help?

probably best to leave him alone for a week at least, let him get used to his new surroundings just make sure u put foor in there for him and let him be.

He's a good size for his age so don't worry too much if he's off his food for a couple of days. As said, about a week to settle in should be enough. Don't worry about the picture taking either, I'm sure he didn't mind too much

He just needs to get settled in and feel a little more secure. It is completely normal. Just keep his mistings and he will soon come around and start to eat.

thanks well when i was bringing him home he pooped and today he pooped but i havent fed him crickets. maybe they fed him differently im not sure ive been spraying alot me and my dad are building a cage for him the one he is in isnt to bug proof for outside

well i have him outside and i think he chewed most of a whole ficus leaf
