So I realized I had a hook right above my cage and wanted to hang a plant there. Went and found a potted pothos with one long vine. I hung it over his cage and when I have no crickets in there, I open the door and put the long vine in his cage.

Well the other day he finally realized he can venture out and climb up there, now he literally sits by the cage door, almost waiting for me to open it up and let him go play.

Pretty cool, unfortunately Ill be moving soon and probably wont have that same set up. But hes getting a nice new custom built cage come summer time. I think hes still a little too small for what I have in mind.

Mind sending pics ? Sounds pretty cool , might try to do that.

Funny how they learn a routine. I've heard of a couple that learned they were able to climb out of their cages and go exploring - a friend of mine had one that would just hang on the door until she opened it. Didn't believe her until we got back to her house after work one day and the chameleon proceeded to walk to the door of the cage and then hang from it, glaring at her.

They can be smarter than we give them credit for sometimes!

They are definitely routine creatures. Kuzco stares at me at 8:30 every morning to get him out. Of I try to sleep in, he knocks his feeder cup off the branch lol.

Bunglon here are some pics, not that great but think youll get the idea.
