Munch, my Nosy Be

Today I found one of my favorite chameleons, Munch, at the bottom of his cage. He was so tame that when I open his cage door, he'd come right over to check out what I may have had for him in his feed cup.
I don't know what happened. I am so sad.
When I was looking out of my window, thinking of Munch, I saw a large lizard on the sidewalk. It ran towards my window and sat there awhile. That was a comfort, like Munch was with me again briefly.
Farewell, dear Munch. Go over the Rainbow Bridge and join my other companion animals that went before you.
