Multivitamin Supplement brands?

Ok So I have..
Zoo Med Repti Calcium with D3 Reptile Supplement, I dust 2 times a month.. once every other week.
Zoo Med Repti Calcium without D3, I dust all other feedings. Occasionally i will toss in crickets without dusting.. crickets and roaches are gut loaded with cricket chow, dubia chow, carrots, oranges, kale, spinach and apples.

I am looking for a multivitamin.. i found..
HERPTIVITE Multivitamin for reptiles and amphibians (3.3 oz) Blue Bottle
and
Zoo Med Reptivite Reptile Vitamins (But this has D3 in it..)

Any you recommend?

Can I replace the Calcium with D3 for the Reptivite w D3 and do this 2 times per month? or would it be better to get the herpivite and use 3 different powders? Gonna have to start making a powder chart to remember...
 
You can get the Zoo Med Reptivite Reptile Vitamins without D3. I often recommend that because it's a safe way to provide your chameleon with a little vit. A.

Go easy on the calcium with D3. If they get outside time they don't need much of that, if any at all.

ooo OK! Just found the reptivite with out on amazon, they didn't show up on petco or petsmart. Thanks! I live in New Hampshire.. soo I even have to go tanning to get my vit D... haha Wish I was in a sunny state... But I keep my house a cozy 75-77 degrees. its a high of 36 and a low of 18 today :( Haven't seen the groundhog results yet...
 
The spinach is not an ideal gutload as it is believed to interfere with calcium absorption. There are many other dark leafy greens which are better!

I honestly prefer Repashy all in one multivitamins and usually stick with LoD for any type of reptile.
 
I don't Advertise for Repashy, but keeping it simple is the way to go.
I Strongly recommend The Repashy All in One. Ilighly dust everyday ,except when they go outdoors during warm spring and summer its every third day ,this is my way. Don't ghost your feeders with supplements. You'll be amazed in weeks to come :)

Sorry if this is a dumb question... what is LoD? I see the % differences in Vit A, E, and D... highlighted ingredient differences in bold...

Just by looking at the ingredients I would go with the plus LoD version... due to the extensive research in my horse's food (i know very different animals.. but most life requires the same nutrients to digest and process other vitamins and minerals..Selenium and Vit E must also be balanced. I noticed the magnesium, zinc, selenium and potassium in the LoD.. plus lower levels of Vit A and Vit D.. Id feel safer to not over do the vit A and D.. plus I have the calcium w D to bump that if need be..

Generally I prefer all in one, with plain calcium when I don't dust with it, because it's not only more natural but because of all the minerals and vitamins being there in one dust it allows for better absorption.
 
Ok so ill keep the 2 calcium powders I have and add the Repashy LoD.. :)

Zoo Med Repti Calcium with D3 - Dust 1x per month
Repashy Calcium Plus LoD - Dust 2x per month
Zoo Med Repti Calcium without D3 - Dust Almost all other feedings

He gave his Schedule on Supplements ,works for me and it truly worked for him.
Calcium plus repashy (multivitamin ) All in One.
Plain calcium no d3 we use zoo med or repashy nod3 (really any plain no d3 will work )
Calcium plus on day 1
Plain calcium day 2
Nothing day 3
Repeat ??
