Mucusy poop?

This string of mucus poop (?) was hanging down from the vine. It's from a presumed female Jackson Chameleon (no horns). Do I need to be worried? If it's not poop, what is it?

How long have you had her? Did she have contact with a male? How old is she?

I don't have it unfortunately. She's about 9 months, no contact with a male from my knowledge, I've had her for a month.
