Moving Out of State

So I was wondering if anyone can give me advice about moving with my cham. We are moving from Texas to Pennsylvania, so we will have to drive for two days and spend the night in a hotel. We cannot ship him there and must drive with him. I have bought one of those collapsible laundry hampers to put him in to traveling and I'll mist his leaves semi frequently for him to drink. However, I am not sure about lighting. Can he go without lamps for two days? Any advise on how to make his travel experience less stressful?

As long as he is kept warm enough, he should be fine. Just try to get him as much sunshine as possible. He should be fine without lights for a few days, especially if getting a good dose of natural UVB.

When I travel with my guys I take lights for hotel rooms and we stop along the way at rest stops and visitor centers and I get them out and put them in the sun for 20 to 30 mintues and give them a nice misting.
