moving from LA to NYC for 3 mths

What is the best way to transport my male 9 mth ambilobe PC? Or should I save him the stress and let someone take care of him in LA?

I would let some one take care of him (a person who knows how). you might miss him though!!

I would suggest a close friend of yours who knows what there doing. Just like you said, you will miss him very much!

are you driving?
if so, you can either get a smal cage and small plant, he can chill in on the drive.
or a shoe box, and he can sleep most of the way
