mouth problem

hi guys my female adult chameleon i think has mouth rot...the mouth area is all swollen... before i thought it would just go away since it was only on 1 side now i think both sides are affected... the chameleon is still eating properly but the mouth area looks very awkward... what can i do to cure her?
I'm located in the philippines i might not have access to a lot of reptile meds

I don't remember the name of the meds I had for Arnold. I will check and see what I can find.
