mouth mot? stomatitis?

Hi,
Not sure what my chameleon have
It's serious? What does he have? What do u think?
I've been cleaning his mouth (tooth area) with antiseptic and antibacterial solution with a cotton swab
But I'm not sure he's getting better
He still eats and drinks normally
Does his mouth will ever look normally again?

That does look like an infection. There infected tissue may be very deep and there may be pus build up that must be cleaned out. Likely a systemic antibiotic is needed now as the topical treatment is not working. Time for a visit to the vet.

I'm going through thus with a baby dragon and it's intensive treatments multiple antibiotics and it's taking months. Please get to the vet asap.

They have to scrape it surgically at the beginning and it's awful.
