Moth

[Masked Gecko]

I know outside insects can be used as feeders, but since I've never done before I thought I'd ask first. I found this moth outside last night and wanted to make sure it was safe to feed before attempting anything.

It's safe as in, Moths are safe to feed to chams; however any wild caught insect could potentially be harboring parasites.

If you want to fed him moths, I suggest getting some wax worms from Petco/Petsmart. For some reason the wax worms they carry seem to turn into moths in no time...

looks to be a hawk moth. from a hornworm.

I don't have any Petco/Petsmart near me. This was the first time I've used a moth, thought it would be a nice surprise
