Have you found any Luna's? They tend to be found in the same basic area as Cecropia, again based only on my experience as a kid from the Midwest. I remember finding them and being blown away by how gorgeous they were.

No, I am in southern San Diego county and we don't see these things very often. It is a joy when we come across creachers like these.
I did check out your info links and thanks for the education. I got smarter today lol
 
From the one site, I learned that people buy butterfly's to release at weddings and events. I had no idea. LOL
