moth, good or bad idea?

Hi,
I found this moth in my garden
Is good or bad idea to feed my cham with it?
How do I know if its poisonous or not?
Does anyone knows something about classes of moths that chameleons can eat?
I have only fed my cham with crickets and mealworms

Not sure on your particular giant leopard moth, but I feed all mine any moths I catch. I believe he is safe.They love them. For sure, hatch those eggs to feed! My guys and gals go ape crazy for moths and bumble bees.
