I think Kinyonga is probably close vince. Refridgerate the samples you photographed and have your vet biopsy them for definative identification and treatment as nessesary.
At best a vet can give you advice you need one way or the other.
We are not vets and relying on whatever you want to hear here, may result in your lizards decline and death and your dissapointment.
Whatever it is, it should be clear to you that your lizard has a problem of some kind and action beyond asking on the internet is called for, regardless of possible cost.
Im sure if you rang a vet, explained whats happened, and asked politely for a rough quote on consultation, you might be pleasantly surprised.
Most good vets are happy to see you, even at reduced fees for the opportunity to look into intreresting problems, which they may see as a challenge.
