So my female Nosy Be, V, laid 2 eggs. I felt her and she feels empty so idk why she only laid 2, but she also laid this........... Is this solidified sperm? could this have prevented her from developing eggs? I dont think they are infertile eggs because they are attach by a thin string. Let me know, thanks for all the help! :)

thanks for the warning! very gruesome stuff. The thing that is weird though, is i felt her really well and there are no masses or eggs or n e thing left. PLUS! she did have 2 white eggs that i believe are fertile. So my question was those masses, whether they are mummified eggs or hardened sperm, could they have take up so much space that she couldnt develop any more eggs. Resulting in the only 2 white eggs she left.

So i dont think they are mummified eggs, because they were not solid. i felt them and then decided to squeeze it and stuff came out. It was yellow, so i still dont know if it was yolk or if it was sperm. i wish some one with experience could tell me their opinion at least, but hopefully some one on here knows what it was.

I think Kinyonga is probably close vince. Refridgerate the samples you photographed and have your vet biopsy them for definative identification and treatment as nessesary.
At best a vet can give you advice you need one way or the other.
We are not vets and relying on whatever you want to hear here, may result in your lizards decline and death and your dissapointment.
Whatever it is, it should be clear to you that your lizard has a problem of some kind and action beyond asking on the internet is called for, regardless of possible cost.
Im sure if you rang a vet, explained whats happened, and asked politely for a rough quote on consultation, you might be pleasantly surprised.
Most good vets are happy to see you, even at reduced fees for the opportunity to look into intreresting problems, which they may see as a challenge.
Kinyonga just did tell you her opinion, and you decided she was wrong. You cant have it both ways. Whats your chameleon worth to you?

Vet visit-X-rays. If you want to save this girl, I would make sure that she is not retaining more eggs. I have had eggs laid with the "string" thing between them. I also lost a Nosy to folliular stasis.

The eggs are all linked like a chain in early development, they are very old undeveloped eggs as kinyonga stated;)

Better out then in!! i think you have been very lucky that they were expelled,or she would have died from toxic shock

They were starting to break down mate, hence why you were lucky to get them out,the toxins from the eggs breaking down would have kill her.

Ok im contacting Dr Greek soon thanks for all your opinions. Ill be asking him what he thinks and getting an x-ray to be same. Like i have alays said cost it nothing for me as long as my babies are safe. ill also bring the "eggs" lol i dont know what i should call them to Dr. Greek to look at.
