More Senegal Chams in the same cage?

Is it good to keep 2 adult senegal 16.5x16.5x30 cage. Can I have more then one, in a bigger cage? if yes, how many gallons should each chameleon have?
How about Veiled or Pigmy Chameleons? How many can you keep in the same cage, and how much space does each adult need?

One Senegal or Veiled cham in that size cage and it would be pretty minimal for either one. You can house a group of 1 male to two or more female pygmies together.

The overall size of the cage isn't the whole issue for veileds and other arboreal chams. The issue is visual isolation...if they can see and react to each other it can cause a lot of stress because they communicate and threaten each other using their coloration.
