Franie first of all Joey looks great compared to the day you got him. Second, that is a Melleri Haven if ever I saw one.

Thank you so much Donna. I'm a mess. I worry when I'm home and think about why I worry when I'm at work!! It's hard to believe it's almost two weeks already!! I guess time passes faster when I'm a stressed out mess . Good news for me is I have some vacation, so I can babysit everyday, get more mistings in etc for awhile!! I'm glad you like the "haven"!! I hope he/she does too. Especially being wild caught, I couldn't bring myself to cage him/her. I figured this was our best bet to keep him/her comfortable.....

Franie just pick a gender for your sweetie. It doesn't matter if you are right or wrong. I took in a rescue beardie, and the couple had her for over a year. They said she had always been very tiny and needed some TLC. Fast forward 9 months, Gwen sees one of my other girls, beard turns black & "she" starts head bobbing. I checked (it is easy on a dragon to tell) and yes, Gwen is a male. her name is still Gwen & I usually forget and call him her.

That one looks like a princess in a new castle, so she must be a girl. Great castle for her btw.

That is precious!! I think she is Joelle, but my husband insists it's Joel. So ..... I did call my vet today since he did that x-ray of the leg, to see if he can sex Jo-jo! (Donna's idea). We'll see if he has any luck.
Too funny with the dragon, I did another double check of Winston last night. Now that he's getting older, and, yup!! Still Winston!

I can top that story. When I got Jet (my avatar) from Josh & Michelle they knew I needed a male for Tuffy so they send me one -Jet. All was well until I went to see Josh & Michelle in Southern Calif. I am holding one of Jet's clutch mates, a girl. She looks like my boy Jet, then Josh hands me a male from the same clutch. I almost drop him and let out a yell, JET IS A GIRL. Even Luis thought jet was a late developing male, boy did she have us fooled. I am almost afraid to tell anyone the sex of my baby quads after that expierence with getting my first quad baby.

Stefen, thank you!! Joey is in a "spare" bathroom off of our bedroom. I like having a sink in the room. Makes clean up a lot easier, especially for quarantining. If you want to see something funny, try watching me maneuver through that to clean!!!!
