Yes you heard right i dont know what im doing wrong i let my cage dry out between mistings and i still have a mold problem could it be my room is so humid. My little dripper is dripping on my corn plant and its not moldy can somebody help

Does it look white? If it is white it's not mold, you have spider mites. They spin white silk-like webs and like a white powdery substance. They are harmless, they only eat plant matter.

I touched it and its dry. i figured if it was mold it would be wet. the green might be from my room cause its lime green so it might make it look a little green

Hmm I don't know... You should just re-pot it to be on the safe side. Take it out and rinse off the roots and re-pot with all new soil.

Euch! could be mould or possibly a fungi of some kind. Id play it safe and remove entirely and permanantly, buy a new plant.
Repotting and washing may not work, spores are notoriously hard to destroy, it may grow back.

for the price youre better off just trashin the plant and getting a new one like everyone else suggests. walmart has those big scheflera for like 10 bucks. way cheaper than paying vet bill for lizard that has inhaled whatever it is and is breathing funny...

Its hard to find plants in the winter in colorado but ill look around i check home depot, lowes, walmart about once a week for new plants and they never have any till spring:mad:

If you have a hard time getting plants you should try to make a friend in south FL, we have tons of great plants and cheap prices. Its very easy to grow most sub-tropical to tropical plants here, i grow most of my own plants. I use alot of things nobody uses for chams like red button ginger, dracena(mainly reflexa?) and crotons. They do well and i rarely lose plants to anything. My veileds eat all of these plants.
