Mold in Fruit Fly cultures

I need a good mold inhibitor. It is way to hot in California and all my cultures have mold. I'm using a premix I bought at a show and maybe I need a new one. I'm willing to take an suggestions, I'm going to have to start from scratch and buy new flies.

Natamycin
Biogard
Calcium Propionate
Potassium Sorbate
Sorbic Acid

Not necessarily recommending any of these.

Some people just mix some cheap store bought jam (which will contain preservatives) into the cultures


I mostly use vinegar for my home made stuff, and I find the Repashy fruit fly medium doesnt mold.
